报告人简介：
    谢立华，新加坡南洋理工大学（Nanyang Technological University）电气电子工程学院教授、IFAC Fellow、IEEE Fellow、IEEE 杰出教授。分别于1983年和1986年在南京理工大学获得学士学位和硕士学位，并于1992年在澳大利亚纽卡索大学获得博士学位。
    主要研究领域包括鲁棒控制和估计理论与应用、网络控制系统、无线传感器网络协作信号处理等。针对这些领域，在国际著名出版社Springer 和 CRC Press 出版专著 8 本；发表 390 余篇国际杂志论文。其中绝大部分论文发表在 IEEE Transactions, Automatica, Systems and Control Letters 和 International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control 等一流杂志上，这些文章的 SCI 他引次数 6000 余次。另外在重要国际会议上发表论文 260 余篇。2005年谢立华教授被新加坡工程师学会评选为IES Fellow，2007年被美国电气电子工程协会评选为IEEE Fellow，2011年评选为 IFAC Fellow。现担任 Unmanned Systems 主编，IEEE Transactions on Control of Network Systems 副编，曾担任包括IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-II 在内的多家国际著名杂志的编辑。
